Minor in Health Studies - Chemistry of Fats, Oils and Lipids FOSC 6329   Chemistry of Fats, Oils and Lipids
CREDIT HOURS: 3
The difference in physical and chemical properties of natural fatty acids are correlated with the physical nature of fats, oils and lipids, and the chemical combinations of fatty acids with glycerol, amino acids, fatty alcohols, sterols and other chemical materials.
