Certificate in Biomedical Engineering

 

Biomedical engineering is a subdiscipline of electrical engineering concerned with the design of engineering solutions that address human health problems.  Electrical biomedical engineers have played a key role in the development of much modern medical technology including implanted devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids, diagnostic imaging systems and robotic devices.  The field is highly multi-disciplinary and is among the fastest growing areas of engineering.
