Course Descriptions EXTE 3001   Leadership Development and Social Change (H)
CREDIT HOURS: 3
Students will be looking at leadership development from a number of angles: current theories, leader identification, and leadership skills. The roll of leadership and ways to engage community in social change will be analyzed. Students will have the opportunity to enhance personal leadership skills through discussion and practice.
