This course explores the world of interpersonal communication, conflict andnegotiation and the variety of approaches and range of skills needed to solve problems, reach agreements and maintain relationships. It will enable participants to understand the positive and negative dimensions of conflict, analyze the dynamics of formal and informal negotiations, and interact with others with greater awareness, intention and skill.
