It highlights selected dental-related topics such as structures and biosynthesis of connective tissue macromolecules; endocrine control of tissue remodeling; fluoride, mercury and calcium/phosphorus metabolism; pH, saliva and dental caries; genetics, molecular mechanisms and cancer. A handbook of lecture material is provided.
