Linking theory and practice, Managing the Venturing Process allows students to practice learnings from earlier pre-requsite courses, while enhancing their understanding through the use of an instructor led innovation and entrepreneurship project. Students working in groups will progress through a process consisting of secondary research, primary research, design thinking, refinement and implementation. This course will challenge students to identify opportunities; develop innovative concepts and manage the process for successful entrepreneurial outcomes. Students will learn how to manage innovation projects for both individual and corporate entrepreneurship.
