If you want to know how to create organizations that are adaptable, and flexible then this is the course for you. The goal of this course will be to prepare students to design and structure organizations to be more effective. Organizations are designed and driven by strategy, technology, culture, and forces in their internal and external environments. Change management practices and other frameworks that are useful for assessing and increasing organizational effectiveness will be covered. The course will be structured around a combination of lectures, student presentations, group work, in-class discussion, and experiential exercises.
