This course provides a comprehensive understanding of food supply chain management, focusing on the key stages of food production, manufacturing, retailing, and logistics. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges in international food supply chains and the importance of collaboration and relationships in ensuring the efficient movement of agri-food products through the supply chain.
