MRI Techniques and Applications expands on the physics and theory of MRI introduced in
MRIT 4100.03 and introduces students to the practice of MRI scanning. Positioning techniques, coil selection, pulse sequences, protocol development, anatomy, pathology and artifacts imaged with MRI will be discussed to prepare students for clinical practice.
