This course introduces some of the standard techniques for managing operations in manufacturing and service sectors. Topics include capacity planning, forecasting, inventory, supply chains, production planning, project management, quality assurance, and queueing. Cases and class examples are used to build general skills and illustrate concepts and techniques to solve real-world problems in practice.
