CREDIT HOURS: 3
Students will have the opportunity to be placed with a mentor and job shadow for at least 33 hours during the term. Students, with the guidance of the course instructor, program advisors, and industry professionals will identify 5-8 learning outcomes for the field experience, tailored to the student's interests. The student will be required to reflect on their experience in both journal assignments and final presentation/report.
NOTES: Must be 12 weeks, 33 hours of shadowing. Students are limited to 2 INTA courses providing elective credit toward their degree unless otherwise stipulated in their program, i.e. International Food Business
