This course provides an introduction into information and knowledge exchange through political, societal, and social dimensions present in today's technological world. Throughout the course we will examine the historical development of information and knowledge production, debates on information control versus information freedom, and effective knowledge organisation for processing information that can be used for knowledge management and decision making.
