COMM 3501 Operations Management

This course introduces some of the standard techniques to manage operations in manufacturing and services. Topics include forecasting, inventory, supply chains, production planning, project management, quality assurance and queuing. Cases and class examples are used to build general skills and illustrate concepts and techniques to solve real-world problems in practice.
